Terms, Conditions, Promises, & Other Important Information
- We make every effort to provide you with the best quality LPs we can find. Every used LP we sell is carefully selected and put through our rigorous inspection and cleaning process. We are sure you will be able to hear the difference. These are not garage sale quality LPs or even similar to those you find in your local record store. We don't sell crap.
- Know how we grade our covers, inner sleeves, and vinyl.
- Understand that our definition of "an issue" is very likely something that is far less of an issue that you would expect. For example, if we say "light pops noticeable between tracks or soft sections of music" it is certainly very listenable and likely only really noticeable if you are listening to a soft song on a higher volume with high quality headphones. We aren't going to sell you something that is the least bit annoying to listen to.
- Same with the album cover. The quality of the cover is just as important as the quality of the audio and vinyl. In fact, we have many great sounding LPs that have covers that we've deemed inadequate so we don't sell that album on this site. We do our best to meticulously inspect the album covers and list all flaws. Many of these flaws are ones in which you probably wouldn't care about. For example, think about how unnoticeable or irrelevant a dinged corner that causes a 1/4 inch crease is or whether you'd even notice a 1/2" surface crease. But we list them because we want you to know exactly what you are buying.
- Because everyone's listening preferences and hearing is different, we can't make any guarantees of perfection. You'll just have to trust us for your first purchase and come back for more when you're convinced.
- We use highly rated equipment to clean and test our used LPs. If you are using turn tables, amps, receivers, head phones, or other equipment that is cheap, the LP isn't going to sound as good as it really is.
- It is pretty much impossible for us to listen to every track on every album that we sell. What we do is listen to the most vulnerable tracks on the record to check for skips and pops. In the end, your satisfaction will be guaranteed.
- If you see something used that you like, you should probably buy it. Because we deal primarily in used LPs of high quality we often have very minimal quantities of each offering. And, when we run out, it's difficult to say when we will get another one of the same.
- Imports are sold as they are received from our sources. All imports are presumed unopened and unplayed from the manufacturer despite the fact they may be in re-sealable or even open ended cover sleeves.
- If you see any material on our site that you feel is copyrighted, please let us know. It's completely unintentional and we will gladly remove it if you can prove it's copyrighted.
- If you see a "J" or "S" behind some of the comments/posts on the site it indicates that either Jerry or Steve wrote it.
